KTLA reports that prosecutors are preparing a grand jury to bring charges against singer, d4vd, in connection with the murder of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas. Prosecutors plan to present evidence discovered during the raid on his home in the Hollywood Hills, such as a burn cage incinerator and a chainsaw.
