“Trevor refuses to come out the closet when everyone in the industry knows his boyfriend. Allegedly.” Minaj tweeted to kick off the verbal assault.
Her posts, many featuring eerie images of a Chucky doll, framed her as an artist under siege. Minaj accused unnamed industry figures of sabotaging her documentary and business ventures, claiming she was punished for speaking publicly about abuse.
“The destruction that’s about to come down on them isn’t funny,” she wrote, signaling that she felt pushed past a breaking point.

Minaj directly insulted singer Lizzo, mocked entertainer Chrissy Teigen, and hinted at broader industry power structures—an implied shot at the Grammy ecosystem long associated with Roc Nation boss Jay-Z. Minaj’s rant would receive mixed reactions across social media.
